At Rohs Ridge Farm, located in the mountains of western North Carolina, we produce raw honey, homemade vanilla products, and small-batch goods using simple, traditional methods. Our bees collect pollen and nectar from the diverse Southern Appalachian mountain blooms unique to this region, giving our honey its distinct flavor and character. Everything we offer is carefully crafted in small quantities, prepared by hand, and made right here on our farm. We focus on quality, patience, and respect for nature.
